julie@fittorun.com Julie is an accomplished marathoner and ultra runner in Northern California. Julies first marathon was CIM in 1998.
Since then, Julie has run every distance from 1mile-100 miles. She is a seven-time finisher of the Boston Marathon. Julie
is a four time, sub-24 hour finisher of the Western States 100 Mile Endurance Run. Julie also has numerous 100 Mile victories
including the Rocky Raccoon 100 and the Angeles Crest 100 Mile Endurance Run. In addition to running and racing, Julie is
President and owner Fit to Run where she teaches clients to set athletic goals and trains them for distances
ranging from 5Ks to ultra-marathons. She trains ordinary people who dream of "extraordinary" things. She has extensive
training and coaching certification from Road Runner's Club of America in Athletic Speed and Endurance Training. Julie is
also the Relay, Expo, Outreach and Promotions Director for the Lake Natoma Four Bridges Half Marathon and the California International
Marathon. Julie also works with the San Francisco Marathon as the Expo Director. Julie also works and consults for many racing
events throughout Northern California.
